Fried Chicken 

Thoroughly clean your chicken wings in a bowl with warm water, ½ cup of salt, and food vinegar. Once your wings are cleaned remove them from the bowl, place on a serving dish and pat them dry. Place your medium size deep pot on the stove on high heat and fill the pot up with the cooking oil halfway as you do not want the cooking oil to jump out the pot. While your grease is getting hot, season your wings thoroughly with the seasonings listed in the ingredient list. Once wings are seasoned pour one cup of hot sauce over the wings as well as one cup of mustard measurements can change as serving size decreases or increases. To the Ziploc bag add two cups of flour, and a ½ cup of cornstarch; seal and shake well. 

Once the grease has reached a temperature of 375 degrees (piping hot), add your wings to the flour batter, shake the bag well and place them in the cooking oil. Once the wings rise to the top of the pot allow them to cook for a few more minutes for crisp and place them on a baking rack to drain oil and enjoy.
