Gut Healthy Homemade Ranch

β€’ 1/2 cup plain, whole milk greek yogurt
β€’ 1/2 cup sir kensingtons avocado mayo
β€’ 1 tbsp lemon juice
β€’ 2 tsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
β€’ 1/2 tsp dried parsely
β€’ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
β€’ 1/4 tsp onion powder
β€’ 1/4 tsp salt
β€’ Some freshly cracked black pepper

β€’ 3 lbs chicken wings
β€’ 1 tsp garlic powder
β€’ 1/2 tsp onion powder
β€’ 1/2 tsp paprika
β€’ 1 tsp turmeric powder
β€’ 1 tbsp baking powder
β€’ 1 tsp salt
β€’ 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
sauce
β€’ 1/4 cup whole grain spicy mustard
β€’ 1/4 cup honey
β€’ 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
β€’ 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
β€’ a small amount of freshly cracked black pepper

Directions

Gut Healthy Homemade Ranch

1.
Mix the yogurt, mayo, and 2 tbsp whole milk. Assess the consistency add some milk to thin it out if necessary.
β€’ 1/2 cup plain, whole milk greek yogurt
β€’ 1/2 cup sir kensingtons avocado mayo

Add in the remaining ingredients, taste for seasoning, and adjust accordingly. Usually if it feels off it means you either need more salt or lemon juice.
β€’ 1 tbsp lemon juice
β€’ 2 tsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
β€’ 1/2 tsp dried parsely
β€’ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
β€’ 1/4 tsp onion powder
β€’ 1/4 tsp salt
β€’ Some freshly cracked black pepper

Turmeric Honey Mustard Chicken Wings

1.
Preheat oven or smoker to 450F.

Combine the dry ingredients for the chicken wings in a large bowl.
β€’ 1 tsp garlic powder
β€’ 1/2 tsp onion powder
β€’ 1/2 tsp paprika
β€’ 1 tsp turmeric powder
β€’ 1 tbsp baking powder
β€’ 1 tsp salt
β€’ 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Add in the chicken wings and toss to fully coat.
β€’ 3 lbs chicken wings
4.
Either add to the grill or a baking sheet in the oven.

Cook for 25-35ish minutes or until the bottom side is deeply golden crispy. Flip and cook another 10-15 minutes or until the other side is browned.
6.
While the wings are cooking combine the sauce ingredients.
β€’ 1/4 cup whole grain spicy mustard
β€’ 1/4 cup honey
β€’ 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
β€’ 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
β€’ a small amount of freshly cracked black pepper
7.
Once the wings are out, add the sauce, toss to coat, and enjoy with some gut friendly ranch!
