Β½ cup sir kensingtons avocado mayo

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried

Β½ tsp dried parsely

Β½ tsp garlic powder

ΒΌ tsp salt

For the wings

3 lbs chicken wings

1 tsp garlic powder

Β½ tsp onion powder

Β½ tsp paprika

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

Β½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

for the sauce

ΒΌ cup whole grain spicy mustard

ΒΌ cup honey

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

ΒΌ tsp turmeric powder

a small amount of freshly cracked black pepper

Step 1
Mix the yogurt, mayo, and 2 tbsp whole milk. Assess the consistency add some milk to thin it out if necessary.

Add in the remaining ingredients, taste for seasoning, and adjust accordingly. Usually if it feels off it means you either need more salt or lemon juice.

Turmeric Honey Mustard Chicken Wings
Step 1
Preheat oven or smoker to 450F.
Step 2
Combine the dry ingredients for the chicken wings in a large bowl.

1 tsp garlic powder

Β½ tsp onion powder

Β½ tsp paprika

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

Β½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Add in the chicken wings and toss to fully coat.

3 lbs chicken wings

Either add to the grill or a baking sheet in the oven.
Step 5
Cook for 25-35ish minutes or until the bottom side is deeply golden crispy. Flip and cook another 10-15 minutes or until the other side is browned.

While the wings are cooking combine the sauce ingredients.

Once the wings are out, add the sauce, toss to coat, and enjoy with some gut friendly ranch!
