These English muffins are perfect for the postpartum prep. The thing that really makes them shine? The chipotle dijonaise. 😮‍💨

Ingredients

Ghee or other oil for frying eggs
12 English muffins
12 eggs
12 fully cooked sausage patties
12 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 tbsp mayo
Salt and Pepper for seasoning

Directions

This honestly couldn’t be easier…

Fry eggs in ghee or other oil in batches. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine dijon and mayo in a small bowl. Add that to one side of each of the 12 English muffins.

Assemble English muffin with an egg, a sausage patty, a slice of cheese, and that’s it! Add to a freezer bag and reheat once you’re ready :)
