Step 1
In a stock pot, over medium heat, add sesame oil and minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant

Chop green onion into 2 inch pieces. Add the white ends first to the stock pot and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken broth to stock pot

Add soy sauce, the top pieces of green onion, and sliced ginger to the broth.

Let the broth simmer on low heat while you prepare the wontons

In a mixing bowl, add ground pork, chopped green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken bullion, white pepper, and salt. Mix to combine.

One at a time, prepare wontons: add 1 tablespoon of pork filling to wonton wrapper. Wet finger in water and then wet top edges of wrapper, fold wrapper in half over filling, creating a triangle. Press edges together squeezing out air bubbles. Then wet one corner of triangle and fold other corner over the top of the wet end. Repeat until all filling is used and wontons are complete.

Boil a pan or pot of water, add in wontons. (Do in batches if needed so they don’t crowd) Boil for 5 minutes, until wontons float, and are fully cooked through.

Cook noodles to desired doneness. Blanch bok choy in hot noodle water.

Portion into two bowls: noodles, pork wontons, and bok choy.
