Ingredients

8 - 10 stalks green onion

1 cup grapeseed oil

4 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp hoisin

2 tbsp white sugar

Step 1
Cut green onion into 1-2 inch pieces, separating the white ends from green ends. Then half or quarter top green ends

Heat oil in pot, keeping in heat range of 230°-270°

1 cup grapeseed oil

Add white ends of green onion to oil and sizzle for 15 minutes
Step 4
Then add green ends of green onion to oil and continue to sizzle for another 10-15 minutes

Remove scallions from oil once crispy
Step 6
Mix together sauce ingredients and add to the oil, let simmer until sugar is dissolved

1 tbsp hoisin

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

Cook noodles and place in bowl

Add 3-4 tbsp of oil sauce on to noodles, and mix to coat

Top with crunchy scallions, fried egg, or whatever veggies you may like
