Don’t look at this as a recipe, it’s more of a method. Start with your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, (I provided mine below) that way you know it’s going to be delicious, omit the chocolate chips and Brown the butter off first. This is going to help the sesame really stand out and overall give you this nutty warm nostalgia. I recommend playing with your favorite cookie recipes in general and just switch it up by browning the butter first. It’s also crazy how different the texture is when you use melted brown butter versus reconstituted brown butter.
