1 cup of dried rose petals

¼ cup of rosehip

2 vanilla beans, split lengthwise

⅛ cup of LOCAL bee pollen

Honey and Vinegar at a 1:1 ratio 🍯

Directions

Step 1

1. In a glass jar, combine dried rose petals, rosehip, and vanilla beans.

Step 2

2. Add the bee pollen and mix well.

Step 3

3. Pour in the honey and vinegar in a 1:1 ratio, completely covering the ingredients.

Step 4

4. Stir all the ingredients until well combined.

Step 5

5. Seal the jar and let it infuse for 2 weeks in a cool, dark place.

Step 6

6. After the infusion period, strain the mixture using a fine-mesh sieve.

Step 7

7. Transfer the shrub oxy into a clean bottle or jar.

Step 8

8. Enjoy by adding a few teaspoons to a glass of water or sparkling water.
