Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs and oil. Mix together until well blended.

Fold in the white chocolate chips into the dough.

Chill cookie dough in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop out dough and place it onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
