Fruit salad with a passion fruit dressing

A different recipe to vary the breakfasts in our homes. The fruits will be of your choice, remember that the more variety you have, the better. The size of the cut should be medium to small to make it easier to eat. We are going to peel the apple and then cut it into medium or small pieces and take it to some water along with lemon juice. This is to prevent it from oxidizing and taking on that unpleasant appearance. And for the grapes, I opted for the green ones, preferably seedless. For protein, we are going to add some mozzarella cheese. And for the dressing, which is the secret touch, we need some passion fruit or parchita that we take to a blender along with some cream and condensed milk. We process it very well, we are not going to strain it because I like these crushed seeds and we start to serve this beauty.
