Surf & Turf 

Clean ribeye steak with vinegar & water then pat dry with paper towels season steak with salt & pepper on both sides

Heat skillet to medium-high heat & add Kerry gold butter, thyme, rosemary and 2 garlic cloves

Cook ribeye in pan 6-7 minutes each side (keep checking before you flip for a perfect sear) then take steak out and let it rest for 5 minutes

Clean and peel your shrimp/remove shells from lobster tail & cut them into small pieces

Season shrimp with all purpose seasoning & paprika do not over season the shrimp, shrimp has a lot of flavor

Heat butter & oil until it melts in a separate cooking pan

Add heavy cream stir it in then add in  a small amount of Boursin cheese, seasoning salt, garlic salt, paprika, black pepper, old bay seasoning and fresh parsley stir it all in

Add in shrimp & lobster pieces let them cook in the sauce for about 5-6 minutes and stir

Cook shrimp in additional separate cooking pan for special plating we cooked 2 shrimp in a pan sautéed them with all purpose seasoning & paprika
