Lemon Pepper Wings

Cut wings into 3 sections throw away wing tips, place into bowl slice 1 lemon in half squeeze into bowl and add vinegar & water to clean pat dry with paper towel

Lemon pepper seasoning (wingstop lemon pepper seasoning or your choice)

Place wings into bowl & season chicken with all the seasonings add mustard mix it in. Combine half cornstarch & half flour together then add seasonings in it & mix together

Heat cooking oil to 375 degrees coat your chicken with cornstarch/flour mixture when oil is hot add chicken in for 15 mins or until crispy brown

Place butter into a low heat pan when done melting add in 1tbsp or more lemon pepper seasoning depending on how much sauce you make add parsley and squeeze half a lemon inside and the other half cut into thin slices then place them inside pan

When wings are done frying place them onto a dry rack & pat with paper towel

Place wings into bowl pour the sauce in & toss around until coated completely
