Garlic Red Skin Mash Potatoes 

Boil potatoes in salted water until fork goes all the way through the potatoes

Melt butter in medium heat pan add 1/2 tsp of each seasoning then add in garlic, rosemary & thyme let it simmer for 2 minutes take the rosemary & thyme out

On low heat mash the potatoes & add half a cup of milk and a spoon full of sour cream mix together then pour in the garlic butter mixture with 1/2 tsp boursin cheese and mix it together. Add red pepper flakes and fresh parsley & mix well
