Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings, cut into wingettes
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup baking powder
1 tbsp paprika,
½ tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp onion powder
Slap Ya Mama seasoning,
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 - 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 ½ tbsp minced ginger
1 cup crushed pineapples
½ cup hot honey
2 tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Add the wings to a large bowl and rinse the chicken wings with the vinegar and fill to the top with water. Once done, drain and pat dry.

Add the wings back to the bowl and add the baking powder, the wing seasonings, and the olive oil. Using your hands, coat the wings well.

Grab a large baking sheet pan with a wire rack. Spray the pan with olive oil spray or any non stick spray you have.
Step 5
Place the chicken wings skin side UP on the pan, evenly spread out.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes on each side or desired crispness.
Step 7
While the wings are cooking, melt the butter on medium heat. Add the minced garlic and minced ginger and cook for a couple of minutes or until fragrant.

Add the rest of sauce ingredients. and let cook until the sauce becomes thick. Simmer on low for a few more minutes. Then, turn off the heat and set to the side. Take out the wings. Place them in a bowl and pour the sauce over the wings. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
