Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled & deveined, cleaned
1 pound crawfish tails, cleaned
1 tbsp Tony Chachere’s seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
½ diced onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 - 4 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
I package cooked linguine noodles
Chopped parsley
Directions
Step 1
Place the shrimp in a large bowl and season with Tony’s, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, paprika and lemon pepper seasoning. Add the olive oil to the shrimp and evenly coat the shrimp.
Step 2
Add the butter to a hot pan and once melted, add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 3 minutes on medium high heat. Add the crawfish tails and incorporate into the shrimp. Remove the seafood for the pan and set to the side.
Step 3
Add the diced onions and allow to cook down for a few minutes until translucent, then add the garlic and combine. Cook until the garlic is fragrant.
Step 4
Then, add the heavy cream and stir, while on medium heat. At this point, add any extra seasonings if necessary. Once the sauce begins to simmer, add the lemon juice, stir.
Step 5
Next, add the shredded Parmesan cheese. Lower the heat. Stir the sauce. Add the linguine noodles to the sauce and incorporate.
Step 6
Lastly, add the cooked seafood and parsley to the pasta and combine evenly. Serve hot.
