1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup unsalted butter
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup granulated sugar
½ all purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsweetened cocoa

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream

Directions
Brownie Tray
Step 1
Start by preparing the brownie batter. Microwave the chocolate chips and butter together until melted.
Step 2
Once cool, add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla to the bowl. Blend until smooth. Fold the flour, salt, and cocoa into the batter. Mix until smooth.

Step 3
Pour the brownie batter into a greased sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 4
Prepare the chocolate ganache and once cooled slightly, pour over the brownie tray. Spread out until smooth.
Step 5
Once the ganache has set, slice the brownie tray lengthwise and then into three even pieces widthwise.
Step 6
Add your favorite toppings to each individual brownie piece. Enjoy!
Chocolate Ganache
Step 1
Place the chocolate chips and heavy cream into a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 second bursts, until completely melted- stirring in between intervals.
