2 cup flour
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cup buttermilk
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
½ cup unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 300F. Whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and butter in a mixing bowl.
Sift in the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold using a rubber spatula until batter is smooth and free of any lumps.
Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray and pour the batter into the pan.
Top with all your favorite pancake toppings!
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Slice while warm and serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
