Ingredients

Turkey Burgers

1 lb ground turkey

½ red onion, diced

½ red onion, sliced

1 roma tomato, sliced

Arugula

4 hamburger buns

1 bunch cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tbsp ginger paste

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 cup oat milk

3 tbsp National Foods Masala Chicken Seasoning

Salt & pepper

Dairy-Free Green Raita

1 cup dairy-free yogurt

1 chopped jalapeno

1 bunch cilantro, stems are fine

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp cumin

2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Turkey Burgers

Step 1

Mix ground turkey, red onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, panko, oat milk, National Masala Chicken Seasoning, & salt+pepper to taste

1 lb ground turkey

½ red onion, diced

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tbsp ginger paste

3 tbsp National Foods Masala Chicken Seasoning

1 cup oat milk

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 bunch cilantro, chopped

Salt & pepper

Step 2

Mold into 4-6 patties and sprinkle additional National Masala Chicken Seasoning on top of patty

Step 3

On medium to high heat, sear one side of the patty and cook, then flip and cook the rest of the patty through. Remove.

Step 4

Stack a bun, dairy-free raita sauce (recipe linked here), arugula, patty, red onions, tomato, more raita, and the top bun.

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together and add additional lemon juice to adjust consistency.

1 tsp garlic paste

2 tsp lemon juice
