Ingredients

1 cup mushrooms

salt & pepper

½ tsp oregano

2 diced garlic cloves

1 tbsp dairy free butter

1 cup dairy free heavy cream

2 tsp truffle sauce

8 oz pasta

Chopped chives
Directions
Step 1
1. Cook mushrooms dry until slightly brown then add a pad a butter, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic. Cook for another minute until garlic is fragrant.
Step 2
2. Add DF heavy cream and truffle sauce then combine and cook for a few minutes until the color has changed.
Step 3
3. Add in your pasta and some pasta water to adjust consistency.
Step 4
4. Top with chives and enjoy!
