1 lb Ground Beef (Grass fed)
¼ cup harissa
1 diced shallot
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
4 buns
Arugula
Sliced red onions
Vegan feta
Beetroot Horseradish Aioli
1 cup mayo
1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp beet horseradish
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together beef, harissa, shallot, cumin, coriander, garlic, black pepper, salt, and cilantro.

Step 2
Shape the meat into 4 patties and allow to rest in the fridge for an hour (if you have time!)
Step 3
On a grill or cast iron skillet, cook the patties through.
Step 4
Top the buns with arugula, patty, beetroot horseradish aioli, red onions, and vegan feta

Blend all the ingredients together. Salt to taste.
