I call this feel better soup, whenever i am sick. Soups are my go to meals, in this recipe i used vegetables that are anti-inflammatory, rich in antioxidants, vitamins and mineral to help fight the virus. Salted herring is not an easy find, so any dry, salted or smoke fish will work just fine. Fresh is a great substitute as well, specifically salmon. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as i did!
