Hearty and meaty vegetable stew is one of the most popular dishes in Haitian cuisine, it is a delicacy. This dish appears to be quite intimidating however, it is not. It is time consuming but it is all worth it, you will savor every bite. Watch my Youtube video for visual instructions. A pressure cooker for this recipe will save you a lot of time, the cow foot will take two hours or more to cook, with the pressure cooker you can have cooked in less than one hour. I highly recommend using a pressure cooker.
