Ingredients

2 zuchinni

1 pinch salt

250 gram ricotta

¾ cup bread crumbs (Italian style)

¼ cup fresh parsley

1 egg

100 gram Parmesan

Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Grate the two zucchini then sprinkle salt all over and set aside for ten minutes . After that squeeze out the water and put the strained zucchini into a large bowl

Add ricotta breadcrumbs parsley Parmesan egg salt and black pepper then mix and roll I to balls and put on a baking sheet

Step 3

Place in a 180 c preheated oven for 30 minutes . I like to eat mine with a spicy hot sauce or in summer with a a cool creamy tzatziki
