Ingredients
1 lb beef
1 onion
1 celery
3 clove garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
100 gram tomato paste
8 cup beef broth
½ green cabbage
3 carrot
6 yellow potatoes
4 beet
¼ cup dill
¼ cup fresh parsley
¼ cup sour cream
½ tsp sugar
1 bay leaves
Directions
Step 1
Brown the diced beef in a pan with a little olive oil salt and pepper then remove and set aside

Add diced onion celery and 3 cloves minced garlic and sautee 2 minutes then add butter and stir

Add tomato paste and let it cook slightly before adding the beef broth ( use a good quality one as it really makes the flavour a lot better )

Add the shredded cabbage and beef to the pot and simmer 20 minutes then add the beets carrots potatoes and bay leaf then season with salt and pepper and sugar cook another 20 minutes

Add the dill and parsley then serve in bowls with white vinegar if you like a more sour soup and sour cream
