Directions
Step 1
Get a large cucumber and cut it in half then using a teaspoon scrape out the seeds in the middle as they contain lot of water

Step 2
Grate the cucumber and put it into a bowl then add 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar and a pinch of salt and stir it and let it sit a few minutes

Step 3
In another bowl add the greek yogurt half a clove of grated garlic salt pepper white wine vinegar olive oil and dill and mix well

Step 4
A lot of liquid should have come out of the cucumber so now just put the cucumber into a tea towel and squeeze out any remaining liquid then put the cucumber into the yogurt and mix it well . I like to serve mine with fried pitta bread and I rub the other half clove of garlic on my pittas and top with the creamy tzatziki
