Ingredients
3 tbsp salted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ cup yogurt
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic
handful Dill
2 eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1
First make the Butter Sauce by putting the salted butter olive oil cumin seeds and red pepper flakes In a pan on medium heat . When they start to sizzle and infuse take them off the heat and set aside

Now make the creamy yogurt by adding yogurt salt pepper cumin lemon juice crushed garlic and dill into a bowl and mix them together

Step 3
Put some eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper in a liberally oiled pan then as the oil heats use a spatula to flick the oil on top of the egg so the yolk cooks. When they are cooked To your liking Grab a bowl and put a few dollops of the yogurt on top making a few crevasses . Drizzle the oil on the crevasses reserving some for the top of the eggs . Place the eggs on top then drizzle more butter Sauce on top and some more chopped dill . I like to have a chunk of freshly toasted sourdough and dunk it in !
