Ingredients
150 gram butter
160 gram brown sugar
1 eggs
¾ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp almond extract
225 gram flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
70 gram white chocolate
70 gram dark chocolate
70 gram milk chocolate
Directions
Step 1
In a pan Melt the butter on low heat then add the sugar and stir in until mixed well before removing from the heat

In a bowl beat the egg vanilla and almond together

Step 3
In another whisk flour salt and baking soda
225 gram flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
Step 4
Mix the flour into the butter and sugar while its still off the heat until smooth
Step 5
Add the egg and flavourings to the pan and make sure to combine well then place the pan on a low heat
Step 6
Cut white chocolate milk chocolate and dark chocolate then sprinkle over the top of the cookie . Let the cookie cook about 15 minutes or until cooked through .
