Ingredients
1 eggs
50 gram sugar
240 mL milk
2 tbsp butter
160 gram flour
40 gram unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
50 gram dark chocolate chips
50 gram white chocolate chips
50 gram milk chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl add the egg and sugar and mix with a whisk

Add 2 tbsp melted butter and 1 cup of milk and whisk until fully combined

In another bowl add the flour cocoa powder baking powder baking soda and salt and mix to combine
160 gram flour
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
40 gram unsweetened cocoa powder
Step 4
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a whisk 1/2 at a time
Step 5
Add the milk chocolate dark chocolate and white chocolate chips and fold them in together
50 gram dark chocolate chips
50 gram white chocolate chips
50 gram milk chocolate chips
Step 6
Take 1/4 cup batter at a time and cook on a lightly buttered pan on medium heat for 3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the top of the pancake then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes
