Ingredients
200 gram bulgur
4 tomato
2 bunch fresh parsley
¾ cup fresh mint
1 bunch scallions
1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt
pepper
150 gram feta
Directions
Step 1
Cook the bulgur according to package instructions in salted boiling water

Step 2
Slice the scallions dice the tomatoes chop the parsley and mint then add into a bowl with the drained bulgur

Drizzle outlive oil and the juice of 1 large lemon together with salt and black pepper to taste then mix together and crumble feta on top
