Ingredients
3 cup sunflower seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp avocado oil

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 c then line a baking sheet and spread out 3 cups of shelled unsalted sunflower seeds and bake for 8-10 minutes0

Let the seeds cool down then put them into a food processor with the salt and pulse a few times

Add the maple syrup and 1-2 tbsp of avocado oil and blend for 6-7 minutes scraping down the seeds from time to time until you reach the consistency you want . I like texture in mine but if you like it completely smooth blend an extra few minutes
