Ingredients

½ cup oats

½ cup milk

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla

¼ cup strawberries

1 tbsp honey

¼ cup strawberries

20 blueberries

2 tbsp coconut

Directions

Step 1

To a mason jar add oats milk ( use plant based milk if you want it to be vegan) Greek yogurt ( use soy for vegan option) and chia seeds then stir around

½ cup milk

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

Step 2

Add vanilla chopped strawberries and honey ( or maple syrup for vegan option) stir to combine then put in the fridge overnight

Step 3

In the morning take out the jar then top with strawberries blueberries and toasted coconut
