Ingredients

1 cup strawberries

½ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp heavy cream

¼ cup tapioca starch

1 cup tapioca starch

2 tbsp condensed milk

250 mL milk
Directions
Step 1
Wash and halve the strawberries then put in a pan with 1/2 cup of sugar and bring to a simmer then let it cool and blend with a stick blender

Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla syrup and 2 tbsp of heavy cream

Stir in 1/4 cup of tapioca starch while heating on a ver low heat then use a spatula to mash it into a sticky dough

Add up to 1 cup of cornstarch but start with 1/2 cup first then take off the heat mix together until the dough forms and is no longer sticky

Dust some cornstarch onto the counter then roll a portion of the dough into a long strip and cut little pieces then roll them into boba balls ( This makes a lot so if you wont use them you can freeze them for up to 2 months in an airtight container )
Step 6
Cook the boba in boiling water for 5 minutes or until soft then heat 2 tbsp condensed milk in a pan and toss in the boba

Add the boba to a glass add some ice top with strawberry milk and some whipped cream
