Ingredients
400 gram pork
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp white pepper
3 tbsp corn starch
1 ginger
4 clove garlic
1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Directions
Step 1
Put diced pork in a bowl then add light soy sauce rice wine vinegar oyster sauce white pepper and baking powder then massage for 2 minutes .

Step 2
Add in the cornstarch then mix again cover and refrigerate for 2 hours

Fry the pork on medium heat until slightly cooked about 6 minutes then remove and rest for a few minutes
Step 4
Put the heat on the pan to medium high and refry the pork until golden and crispy then drain on paper towels .
Step 5
Julienne ( little strips) 1/2 thumb size piece of ginger then fry in a little oil for one minute

Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and fry another minute

Now add water light soy honey and dark soy and reduce it down until the liquid is thickened

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Step 8
Toss in the pork and coat each piece in the sauce until shiny and sticky and the liquid is gone from the pan .
