Ingredients

400 g egg noodles

125 grams green beans

1 red pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 green pepper

1 onion

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp garlic oil

100 g peanut butter

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp chili oil

4 tbsp sesame seeds

1 cup cilantro

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to package Instructions then drain them and rinse with cold water . Drizzle a few drops of sesame oil on the noodles and mix through to stop the noodles from sticking

400 g egg noodles

Step 2

In a bowl mix together sesame oil garlic oil soy sauce sweet chili sauce peanut butter lime juice and chili oil ( depending on how spicy the chili oil you have is add more or use less ) then set aside for later

2 tbsp lime juice

Step 3

Heat a wok then add some neutral oil like peanut or vegetable oil and add the sliced onion in. When the onion has some color add the sliced peppers and runner beans( or green beans ) and cook for 2 minutes then add the sauce and the noodles and stir them all together to heat them through. To serve sprinkle chopped coriander and sesame seeds on top .
