Ingredients
1 pack brown vermicelli noodles
sesame oil
2 tsp sriracha
1 tbs hoisin sauce
2 clove garlic
3 tbs peanut butter
1 yellow chili pepper
1 green chili pepper
1 red chili pepper
1 carrot
white mushrooms
spinach
1 tbs mushroom soy sauce
2 green onions
black sesame seeds
Directions
Step 1
Boil brown vermicelli noodles for 1 min then rinse in cold water and add sesame oil to prevent from sticking.

Step 2
To a bowl, add sriracha, hoisin sauce, garlic, peanut butter and water and mix well to make the sauce.

Step 3
Chop your veggies and stir fry in a pan with sesame oil.

After a couple minutes, add in sliced mushrooms.

When the mushrooms are cooked, toss in the noodles and spinach, then season with mushroom soy sauce.

Stir in your peanut sriracha sauce. Plate with black sesame seeds, sliced chilis and sliced green onions and serve!
