2 zuchinni

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic
1 tsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp butter

¼ cup breadcrumbs

Step 1
Spiralize two washed zucchini then pat dry with paper towels and put in a bowl and toss with 1 tbsp cornstarch to coat

Finely slice 3 cloves of garlic then in a medium heated pan with olive oil fry 2 minutes then add butter and chilli flakes and fry another minute

Add the zuchinni spaghetti and the breadcrumbs and fry 2 minutes then season with salt and pepper to taste and serve
