Ingredients
3 bunches enoki mushrooms
2 tsp gochujang
2 tsp cane sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chili soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
½ tsp msg
1 tsp okonomi sauce
1 green serrano pepper
1 red caribe pepper
1 yellow chili pepper
Directions
Step 1
Cut and wash 3 bunches of enoki.

Step 2
In a bowl, mix together gochujang, cane sugar, salt, chili soy (or regular soy), sesame oil, msg and okonomi.

Step 3
Cut and deseed your chili peppers (or leave the seeds in if you are a rebel🔥)
1 green serrano pepper
1 red caribe pepper
1 yellow chili pepper
Step 4
Put the enoki in a pan and set to medium heat. Then brush with the sauce completely.
Step 5
Pour a little water on top and then add in the chilis. Cook for a few minutes until they appear caramelized and serve.
