Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites of your eggs.

To separate the yolks, crack your egg and pass the yolk between the two shells, letting the whites fall into a bowl below.

Add a pinch of salt to your egg yolks and whisk.

Using an electric mixer, whisk the egg whites until frothy.

Next, add the sugar and whisk until firm.

Fold the egg yolk into the egg white.

Cook on a greased pan on medium heat for a few minutes before folding in half and sealing the sides.
