Ingredients

4 eggs

300 gram ground pork

1 tsp salt

½ tsp white pepper

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp chilli flakes

½ tsp allspice

1 tbsp oregano, mediterranean style

2 eggs

1 cup flour

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

1 ½ cup panko bread crumbs

300 mL vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to the boil then add the eggs and cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds

Step 2

When the eggs are done place them into an ice bath ( Ice water )

Step 3

In a large bowl add the pork salt white pepper black pepper garlic powder cayenne pepper chilli flakes allspice and oregano and mix well

Step 4

Get three bowls add flour to the first bowl with salt and pepper and eggs to the second bowl and whisk and then add the Panko crumbs to the last bowl

1 cup flour

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

1 ½ cup panko bread crumbs

Step 5

Put the eggs under running water then dry with paper towels and dip the eggs into flour

Step 6

Between some Saran wrap roll out the patties then put the egg on top and squeeze the meat around the egg until its oval shaped and the egg is all covered

Step 7

Dip the egg meat mixture into the flour then shake off the excess and dip it into the egg then the breadcrumbs . Dip back into the egg and breadcrumbs once more and put on a plate for frying

Step 8

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or a pot on medium high heat then drop the eggs in and fry for about 7-9 minutes or until golden brown turning occasionally
