Step 1
In a pan add olive oil then fry shallots 5 minutes then add salt and pepper and 3 cloves crushed garlic

Add halved cherry tomatoes white wine and vegetable broth cook 2 minutes then add capers chopped basil salt and pepper . Put the spaghetti on to cook in salted water

Step 3
After cleaning the shrimp season with salt and pepper and then fry on both sides for about 5 minutes total then add back into the sauce then add the cooked spaghetti and a little pasta water
