Ingredients

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cayenne

¼ tsp white pepper

½ tsp black pepper

2 tsp salt

1 tbsp thyme

1 tsp cumin

3 tbsp olive oil

½ lemon

1 handful fresh rosemary

1 bulb garlic

1 chicken

Directions

Step 1

Make sure your whole chicken is cleaned inside and then place in an oven proof pan or cast iron skillet and pre heat the oven to 425 f

1 tbsp paprika

½ tsp cayenne

¼ tsp white pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp cumin

1 tbsp thyme

2 tsp salt

Step 2

In a bowl mix salt white pepper black pepper garlic powder onion powder cayenne paprika cumin and thyme and mix with olive oil until it makes a fluid paste but not runny then rub it all over the chicken and inside the chicken

Step 3

Slice a lemon and stuff the chicken then add a bulb of garlic with the end sliced off and a handful of rosemary then use string to tie the chickens legs together and fold in the wings at the back so they don't burn .

Step 4

Put the pan on the bottom of the oven and let it cook around 80 minutes but the time may vary depending on the weight of your chicken
