340 gram butter
550 gram powdered sugar
455 gram cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl sift flour baking soda baking powder sugar salt and cocoa powder .

In another bowl whisk room temperature eggs buttermilk vanilla and red food coloring

¾ cup buttermilk
½ tsp red food coloring

To a stand mixer add 170 grams unsalted room temperature butter and cream on low speed .
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients into the butter and mix until it looks like wet sand
Step 5
Slowly add the liquid and mix until incorporated . Put batter into cupcake cases until 2/3 full and bake 350 f for 15 minutes or until fully baked .
Step 6
Cream unsalted room temperature butter then add room temperature cream cheese and mix for a few minutes

add vanilla a pinch of salt and sifted powder sugar gradually then mix on medium speed until light and fluffy

Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes and sprinkle some cake crumbs on top for decoration .
