Ingredients

3 carrot

½ green cabbage

3 scallions

380 gram beansprouts

1 chicken breast

1 tbsp garlic powder

¾ tsp white pepper

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

¼ cup sweet chili sauce
30 spring roll wrapper

300 mL vegetable oil

Step 1
Grate the carrots and cabbage and put them in a pan with a little vegetable oil and cook 1 minute

Add garlic powder white pepper soy sauce sesame oil oyster sauce and stir

Shred a cooked chicken breast then add that and heat through and add bean sprouts and scallions then turn off the heat season to taste with salt and black pepper

Once the mixture has cooled heat some vegetable oil in a pan stick in a chopstick and if it bubbles the oil is hot enough

Place the spring roll wrapper diagonally place a good heaped tablespoon of the mixture in the middle then roll pushing in the sides and put a little dab of water on the end to seal the spring roll

fry for about 2-3 minutes on medium heat or until golden and crunchy and take my advice serve with sweet chilli sauce its delicious
