Ingredients
2 tbs tapioca starch
2 tbs glutinous rice flour
2 tbs sugar
½ tsp pumpkin spice
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp golden syrup
2 tbs honey
300 mL milk
¼ cup cream
100 mL water
1 teabag
100 gram tapioca starch
Directions
Step 1
Place teabag into 100 ml boiling water and remove teabag after 2 minutes

Add milk and cream to the tea and set aside
300 mL milk
¼ cup cream
Step 3
Whisk rice flour tapioca starch sugar and pumpkin spice together in a bowl

2 tbs glutinous rice flour

Add the pumpkin puree to the flour and stir together with a spoon until combined

add roughly 100 grams tapioca starch or enough until the dough stops sticking

Flatten dough onto a pan on medium heat with a spatula then turn over and repeat a few times until dough is like rubber
Step 7
knead the dough for a minute roll out and cut into small pieces then form balls
Step 8
Place the boba in boiling water and cook for 6 minutes
Step 9
Heat 1 tsp golden syrup or Maple syrup with 2 tbsp honey then add the boba to the syrup

Put the boba and some syrup in a glass then add the tea infused milk and enjoy .
