Ingredients

125 gram butter

250 gram flour

¼ tsp salt

120 gram powdered sugar

1 eggs

2 cup pumpkin puree

400 gram condensed milk

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp ground cloves

Directions

Step 1

cut the buttering the powdered sugar with a spatula then add the egg

Step 2

Add the sifted flour and mix until dough forms then cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes

250 gram flour

Step 3

roll out dough on a floured surface and place into a greased tin and prick all over with a fork . Bake 200 c for 20 minutes.

Step 4

In a bowl mix pumpkin puree , 2 eggs, condensed milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves until smooth with a mixer

Step 5

Add the filling to the pie base and bake 200 c for 25-30minutes
