Ingredients

295 gram flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

190 gram vegan butter

1 tsp tonka bean paste

1 tsp vanilla

1 pinch salt

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup sugar

80 gram dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp pistachios

Directions

Step 1

Mix the flour and baking powder together with. Whisk and set aside

295 gram flour

Step 2

Set a pan on medium high then melt the dairy free butter and add in the sugar a pinch of salt tonka bean paste and vanilla mix until combined then take off the heat

190 gram vegan butter

1 tsp tonka bean paste

1 tsp vanilla

1 pinch salt

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup sugar

Step 3

Mix the flower into the butter until it forms a dough then add dairy free chocolate chips and chopped pistachios on top cover with a lid and cook on low heat 25 mins approx or until dough has cooked

80 gram dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp pistachios
