Ingredients

14 Oreos (seperated)

20 grams sugar

½ tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

90 mls milk

1 egg

40 grams condensed milk

120 mls whipping cream

Directions

Step 1

Separate 14 Oreos and remove the cream on the inside. Put the biscuits in a blender and blend into crumbs.

Step 2

Put the crumbs into a bowl, then add the salt and baking powder and whisk to combine.

Step 3

Add in the milk and the egg and whisk to create a smooth batter

Step 4

Using an electric mixer, mix the Oreo cream centre with the condensed milk. Whisk the whipping cream until stiff, then incorporate it together to make the Dorayaki cream filling.

Step 5

On a greased pan on medium heat measure out equal amounts and batter until little bubbles appear then turn and pan-fry for 3 seconds.

Step 6

Once cool, add some cream to the center then place another pancake on top and pinch the seams together.
