Ingredients

14 oreos
14 vanilla oreos

3 tbsp butter

600 gram cream cheese
½ cup baileys
100 gram white chocolate

100 gram dark chocolate

150 mL heavy whipping cream

¾ cup powdered sugar
Directions
Step 1
Crush the dark oreos with a rolling pin or in a blender

Add 3 tbsp melted butter to the oreos

Crush 14 vanilla oreos or other vanilla cookies and add them to the dark oreos then mix until they look like wet sand

Push the crumbled biscuits into a greased lined baking tin and press firmly down all over with a silicone spatula

Beat the cream cheese with an electric whisk until softened then add the powdered sugar and combine until smooth

600 gram cream cheese

¾ cup powdered sugar

Add 1/2 cup baileys and beat into the cream cheese
½ cup baileys

Add 100 grams melted white chocolate and 100 grams melted dark chocolate into the cream cheese and combine
100 gram white chocolate

100 gram dark chocolate
Step 8
Whisk 150 mls cream to soft peeks and then fold into the mixture

150 mL heavy whipping cream
Step 9
Pour the cream over the biscuit layer then smooth out and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set
Step 10
Decorate how you like . I like to add some chocolate ganache as its so delicious
