Ingredients

15 g honey
80 g flour
½ tsp baking powder
3 tbsp Nutella
10 mL water

Step 1
Add eggs sugar and honey to a bowl and whisk until sugar dissolves

Add baking powder to flour and sift into the eggs then mix until combined and cover and rest 20 minutes

Add water then Mix the batter again then grease a pan and wipe off the excess then use a ladle full of the batter and cook about 3-4 minutes on low heat then flip and cook another minute . Fill with 1 tbsp Nutella then cover with another one and pinch the sides together to seal
