If you have old biscuits /cookies  to use up guess what you can turn them into a no bake chocolate cake 

No bake Chocolate cake 

Break up the crumbly biscuits or cookies leaving some larger pieces 

In a saucepan whisk the milk cornstarch cocoa powder and sugar together then  medium heat until it thickens . Add the chocolate bar stirring until dissolved then stir in the butter and Take off  the heat 

Mix the chocolate mixture with the biscuits then push download into the base of a well greased baking tray or cake pan 

Heat the cream then stir in the chocolate and add the butter . Pour  all over the biscuit base and refrigerate until set . I add strawberries for garnish
