Ingredients

250 g spaghetti

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic

150 g mascarpone

¾ cup peas

salt

black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a pot boil the water and season generously with salt then add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions ( cooking until al dente is best as we will be adding to a pan later )

Step 2

In a pan on medium low heat add 2 tbsp butter then add 2 cloves minced garlic and cook another minute stirring and being careful not to let it burn. Add in mascarpone and stir to create a smooth creamy sauce then season with salt and lots of black pepper ( trust me LOTS)

Step 3

Add defrosted peas ( or you can use fresh) and stir through to warm them then add the cooked spaghetti with a ladle of pasta water and mix all together until incorporated and super creamy . Serve immediately and enjoy
